Slowly but steadily, Museum of Genocide Victims is assuming prominent place point among museums and scientific institutions. This trend was confirmed by the visit of two scholars from Goldsmith University (London): Mrs. Elma Demir, researcher and project coordinator from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Pattaraphan Phoothong from Thailand.
Guests were interested in activities of Museum and in plans for memorialization of Staro Sajmište (Old Fair Ground).Issues like communication between similar institutions from the region in regard to the process of reconciliation – especially when it comes to the victims of civil war in Yugoslavia – were discussed as well.
